Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where your Top Poly representative meets you in arrivals. Transfer to a boutique Nairobi hotel for your first night in Africa — we recommend a sunset dinner at the Carnivore restaurant or a rooftop meal overlooking the city skyline.
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled light aircraft flight to the Mara North airstrip (approx. 45 minutes). Your guide meets you on landing and heads directly for a game drive en route to camp — lion sightings on this transfer are common. Check in to your private tented suite, where a champagne welcome awaits.
Afternoon game drive across the open conservancy plains — the golden afternoon light is perfect for photography. Return to camp for a sundowner on the deck watching the African sky turn amber and pink.
Wake before dawn for a full-day private game drive. The Mara North Conservancy is one of Kenya's finest predator habitats — lion prides, cheetah coalitions and elusive leopards are regularly seen. Your guide knows every corner of the conservancy and every resident animal by name.
Enjoy a gourmet bush breakfast in the field — white tablecloth, fresh coffee and a panoramic view across the plains. Return to camp for lunch and a rest during the heat of the day.
Afternoon drive focuses on the big cats at their most active. Return to camp as the stars emerge for a private candlelit dinner prepared by your personal camp chef.
This morning, swap the vehicle for your feet. A walking safari with your Maasai guide is one of Africa's most immersive experiences — tracking animal footprints, learning about medicinal plants and reading the landscape at ground level. You will see and hear Africa in a completely different way.
After the walk, visit a traditional Maasai village — meet the elders, learn about Maasai culture and see the incredible beadwork that the women create. Afternoon at leisure in camp — enjoy a couples massage if available, or simply read in a hammock as elephants pass in the distance.
The morning is free — sleep late, enjoy a long breakfast and take a slow walk around camp with your guide. After a leisurely lunch, afternoon game drive as the temperature cools and the animals become active.
Tonight's highlight: a night game drive exclusive to private conservancy guests. With a spotlight, your guide reveals the nocturnal world of the Mara — leopards on the hunt, civets, genets, bush babies and the eyes of lions glowing in the dark. An experience never forgotten.
Return to camp for a surprise star bed setup — your bed moved outside under the African sky, completely private, with nothing between you and a billion stars overhead.
The alarm goes before dawn — but this is the morning you will talk about for the rest of your lives. Transfer to the balloon launch site and lift off at first light, drifting silently over the golden Mara plains as the sun rises behind the Oloololo Escarpment. Below you, herds of wildebeest and zebra scatter as elephants march in single file to the river.
After one hour aloft, a white-tablecloth champagne breakfast is served in the bush — crystal glasses, fresh fruit and the smell of Africa all around you. Back to camp for a final afternoon at leisure. Your private departure dinner is set up on the riverbank — candles, flowers, and the sound of hippos in the water below.
Your final morning in the Mara — one last dawn drive before a camp breakfast. Your guide shares the GPS coordinates of every sighting from your week together as a personal keepsake. Transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi.
